Shipping
What does shipping cost? Plus

Shipping within the U.S. is a flat fee of $8 - or free when you spend $150+

International shipping is calculated at checkout based on the actual cost to ship the package to your address. We currently ship to Canada, Australia and the UK. Please note that customers are responsible for any and all customs fees that are incurred when your order arrives in your country.


My package was lost, stolen or damaged in transit Plus

We offer Route Package Protection on every order to cover packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you’d prefer to opt out, simply select “checkout without coverage” before completing your purchase.

Please note: if you choose to opt out, we are unable to replace or refund packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

If you place an order with Route Package Protection and your item(s)/package(s) are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please email hello@sundaycherries.com with your full name and order number to begin a claim.

Can I cancel my order? Plus

To request a cancellation, email hello@sundaycherries.com with your full name and order number. Due to fast processing times, cancellations are not guaranteed. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
what's your return policy? Plus

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at hello@sundaycherries.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label so it’s easy to drop off. A $10 return shipping & restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We’re not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted. 

can I exchange my item? Plus

Didn’t get the perfect fit? We offer exchanges when inventory allows — if it’s still in stock, it’s yours :) You’ll just cover the $10 shipping fee to get the new one headed your way.

Can I return something I bought on sale? Plus

All sale items are final sale (no take backs). We cannot process refunds or exchanges for any items that are marked down or on sale.
